Leasing manager and his boss flat ignored my wife and I when we told them multiple times we had already secured financing to buy out a vehicle at the end of a lease. Instead, they made us spend over 2.5 hours in the office filling out paperwork, only for us to find out at the end that they were trying to trick us into financing through them at a rate more than 50% above what we already had secured. Hour and a half wait to get our jeeps first oil change. Waiting area very large and comfortable, but no donuts or cookies 😊 part of service agreement when we purchased vehicle was a free wash and detail; they did wash it but missed the back window and did not vacuum anything inside. Service people seemed helpful and friendly.
