I just bought a brand new chrysler 200 limited and I couldn't be happier. The staff at baxter cdjr is top notch. They genuinely care about their customers and giving them the best they possibly can. Very friendly (but not fake). Quincy was great to work with answered all of my (many) questions. The manager Randal and John the one of the finance members were great too. And the GM was great. Won't buy another vehicle there. Previously I've bought 3 vehicle's there. I always have problems with their service dept, like pulling teeth to get warranty work done. But when they sell you the warranty pkg, they make it sound like EVERYTHING'S covered, bumper to bumper. There's plenty of other car dealerships to choose from and I will.
I am absolutely appalled at the level of communication and lack of response from all employees. I've been working on dealing with a pay off for nearly 2 months, have left message after message and can't get any response, then our paperwork is misplaced making this an even longer process. I can assure that we will never purchase another vehicle from Baxter in Bellevue again.
Tyree is a rock star! He is one of the friendliest and most knowledgeable salesmen we have ever dealt with. He knows his stuff and was helpful even after the sale in showing us all the features.
I had a great experience there! Reuben was very patient with all of my questions and didn't rush me when I was anxious about making a big purchase. He was very kind even though I took awhile to make a decision and made sure to answer all of my questions! He helped me find a vehicle that is a perfect fit for my family!
