This is by far one of the funnest teams you will ever have the pleasure of working with.
Worse vehicle buying experience I've ever had. I will do my best to make sure my friends and family are not subjected to staff who don't value customers time. How unfortunate. Performance used to be dealership with outstanding customer service.
I guarantee the next car I purchase will not be from here. Sid Dillon was a much better experience overall
When we got our van they didn't even want to give us the price that it was listed for on their website because that price was before it got "certified"....even though the day my husband was there buying it the price online was still $2,000 less than what they were trying to sell it for. They are trying to screw us on our trade in's and the manager has been basically avoiding my husband who has been trying to get ahold of him for over a week....very rude service!!! Will not recommend to anyone!

I have had nothing but outstanding service since I've bought my 2013 Ram 1500 Sport from Performance Chrysler in Bellevue. I had a major issue with a purchase. They treated me as if I was family and made it right. I can't say enough nice things about Performance Jeep of Bellevue and I will be telling all my friends!! Thanks Big B for the wonderful advice and treating me right!!
The power locks were not working on our minivan, and my husband took it in to be looked at. They told him the module needed replaced, which he had dine at close to $800. After the minivan was "fixed", the power door on the driver's side stopped working and the rear hatch now cannot be opened at all. Both were working perfectly before he took the vehicle in. Performance's response was basically, "too bad, so sad...cough up another $1,200 and we may fix it".
