Excellent customer service every time I bring my Jeep in for service!!
I was so excited to finally get a bigger vehicle for me and my family! We purchased a 2015 Dodge Durango over a month ago and it stop running! So it had to towed from our home and now has been in Baxter shop literally over a month!!! I am so upset cause it always a different story or a different day it will be done! Worst customer service in service department! Paid them to change headlight which they must have forgotten to do but didn't notice until I got home. I called & never got an apology just attitude. Made another trip back 2 days later. After 30 min I asked please check on my car it only needed a lightbulb which was suppose to be done 2 days ago. Again I didn't get an apology they didn't even talk to me just attitude. I have never had such terrible service and attitude for a mistake they made!!!!!
just wanted to thank the financial assistant that went over my contact. she was amazing and so informative. i do not remeber her name, my husband was very impress with her help . i had to make some changes to my contact and was concern with a cancellation fee. she deserves an outstanding excellent service award for caring and service.
I bought a 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 next day computer went out heater core went out brakes went out the truck was in their shop more than it was at my house I put $1,000 more of my own money in it and after tons of arguing and their mechanic straight lying to me about the brakes they gave me only my purchase price back and still one of the truck back with the new computer and heater core I do not recommend anybody going here ever
I would mark no stars but it wouldn't let me. I concur with worst experience. Their customer service skills are the worst especially in the service department. They have never been able to help me. I don't know why I keep trying. I have worked with dodge dealerships in Overland Park, Gladstone, and Plattsmouth and they have all been super helpful.
