Hate to say this, but get absolutely everything in writing if you even consider buying here and I don’t recommend it. I got a different answer about nearly every topic from different people helping me. It’s their way of giving you yes answers without facts. Extended warranty doesn’t cover anything done after market...but you won’t know what that is until it’s broken, cause there’s no list. The worst customer service and management experience ever. I would not recommend Baxter to anyone. The car I was sold had to be acquired from another lot and once they had my money they didn’t make arrangements to even pick it up until I called twice to complain the following week and that was after my third sales person at second manager discussion. They helped me get the deal i wanted which was great however ive had my vehicle for 1 month and had to replace a $350 sensor which still didnt make the light go off even though thats the code that its throwing. Now i have to take and leave it with a diesel specialist to comb through it to fix the issue and spend who knows how much $ even though i was told it was checked out by a certified diesel mechanic.
