We all know not to buy extended warranties and extra coverage like tire protection, key loss, and windshield protection. But these people push this so hard, and won't give you a good deal on financing, even with fantastic credit, unless you get the warranties too. Well the warranties are terrible and even have low ratings on the Better Business Bureau web site. Dealerships are like dentists, no one really wants to go to one but sometimes you have to. Leroy made our visit to Baxter much less miserable than a dentist! He was great! Very understanding and worked with us to get us where we needed to be. The whole staff we worked with there was great. I was happy that we were able to get our new truck in Bellevue and I think Baxter was a good fit for us. Keep up the good work guys!
This dealership is very under qualified to assist customers. We bought our truck over a month ago and they still don’t know how to get us our money back on the extended warranty we bought on our old truck, which we paid for out of pocket. It has been over 30 days and still have got nowhere. They also wouldn’t even give a full tank of gas to us for buying a $65k truck. We told them we wanted the tires off our old truck, and they said ok, but when it came time to do the deal, they said the tires weren’t included. Very unhappy ... read more
Just feel like their customer service has not improved. Should have read these reviews first. Car buying is hard enough without broken and empty promises. This is my second time dealing with a Baxter company. I will NOT be telling anyone to buy from them.
