Baxter Bellevue... you SUCK! Friday, we discovered that mom had a flat tire when we were ready to follow the rescue squad moving dad from the hospital to rehab. I managed to patch the tire later that day and got it down to the dealership. Baxter told me it would be ready Saturday afternoon. They texted Saturday morning and said they had to order the part (?) and it wouldn't be ready until Tuesday! And they were OUT of loaners! Who doesn't carry TIRES in their dealership? This place is terrible. Had my Jeep over 2 weeks, said they fixed it. As you can tell they didn’t. Brought my Jeep back to Giles where I bought it and they actually fixed it and have always been amazing to me there but not at Bellevue

RecommendedMade an appointment with Service Dept. due to issue with a blanket being stuck in the trunk mechanism that occured while I was on vacation that prevented the trunk from opening. Alex and Steve (hope got your name right :)) took care of it professionally even though it took over an hour as it was for sure stuck. They were great and did an excellent job at no charge!! Awesome service and so happy it got fixed. Thank you both for amazing work and effort!!
I recently bought a 2019 RAM Big Horn and purchased the rust protection and sound barrier. We dropped the truck back off to them for this to be done I was told it would be 1 day and it was. I got a call @ 5:00 it was ready when we got there to pick it up it was not there we waited for several minutes and it showed up with 2 guys in it that had run to the gas station they said to put 3 gallons of gas in it. Took my Jeep into the service department for a transmission concern. I was greeted by Steve. He was very attentive, and really listened to my concerns. My Jeep was in the shop for a couple of days, and Steve was great at keeping me updated on what was going on. I picked it up today, and he explained everything that was done. I really appreciate his attentiveness, awesome personality, and professionalism. He deserves a raise!
