I highly do not recommend.
Two weeks for a clutch! They finally promised it would be done today, I get here today (flew in from out of state because I'm in the middle of a military move) and miraculously the bleeder they need broke, they can't find another, and the guy who's been working on my jeep isn't even working today but "promised he'd come in if he found a bleeder".
6 weeks to fix a transmission and we had to keep calling to get an update! Not to mention we get it back and the front plate with custom bullet screws is missing and the back one is 1/2 shredded and missing all but one bolt. You had my car for 6 weeks, 2 car payments on a Car I didn’t have in my possession... I’ve noticed the good reviews all have responses from Baxter. Says a lot about how they operate. They don’t want to acknowledge they are a hot mess and certainly don’t want to do anything to make up for it either.

Eddie and Rico helped restore my husbands faith in Baxter after the one out in West Omaha failed miserably in keeping to their word. They impressed us so much that we went back a week later and got a new vehicle for me! The entire team was a joy to work with and they have gained a Baxter family for life!
