RecommendedI needed my gas fireplace serviced. I had to schedule the appointment for about 6 weeks out but it was worth it. The technician was on time, friendly, and helpful. I thought that perhaps the starter went out but thankfully it only needed a good cleaning. It cost me much less than I feared it would. Thanks for the great service.

Your service technians have been working on our Carrier system since 2014. You have replaced coil, compressor, reversing valve, thermostat and charged us over $1600.00. System is still not working properly. Last straw was putting a single stage thermostat on the system. System does not dehumidy the air properly and air cleaner cannot function properly on a single stage.
