Got a new furnance and AC installed today. Not only does it it look great but the customer service we received was exceptional! The best part... you can't even tell two people we're in our home tearing apart the old stuff!!!

We have always had 2 furnaces for our house and recently decided to replace them! One because it wasn't working and the other was very old! Baumann & DeGroot came out, helped us figure out what to do and promptly replaced one right away! Nice to have reliable heat, thank you! Shortly after, they were back to take out the old one! Wanted to change my fireplace surround. Found out from Chad that it would involve demolition and rebuilding....and far too much money. Instead, he showed me how to open and clean out the current surround. He worked on getting the surround apart for nearly an hour. And then took no money for his time. Baumann and DeGroot replaced my A/C, furnace and water heater last year. They did great work. We're clean and professional. And they're a pleasure to deal with. Honest. And they go above and beyond in customer service.
