Terrible customer service at the front desk, but the problem I had with the the service was rectified, I am satisfied with the outcome... sounds like more often than not customers are completely satisfied with Baumann & Degroot. Thank you for the prompt reply to my original post on Facebook.
The guys at Baumann and Degroot are super great guys. Kris and Nate did a great job and were very efficient and so nice. They had to work around all of the kids playing outside. Nate even got doused by my grandson with the sprinkler...he was so nice about it. It is great to have central air and I cant wait to use the new furnace this winter. Baumann & DeGroot installed a new furnace, air conditioner and hot water heater in our home yesterday. The installers arrived on time and did a great job cleaning up. Everything works great and is much quieter. Prior to getting the new equipment, we had furnace problem on a cold January night and they came right away and fixed the problem. Same thing happened when we called them on the first hot day in May with air conditioning issues.
Had a furnace installed today, the guys that came were very nice, knowledgeable and helpful in explaining everything to me. They did a great job. Awesome customer service from the first call made to the home estimate and then the installation.
Wonderful communication and top notch service! In less than 24 hours our AC is fixed thanks to Baumann & DeGroot. Our family thanks you!!

I want to send a big THANK YOU to Matt, one of the service techs. On the morning of January 5, a very cold day, I received a call from my mom, who is 85, voice shivering, that her furnace had turned off the evening before. From my initial phone call with Kendra scheduling the earliest time a service technician was available, to letting me know the name of the service tech that was being sent (Matt), that he would call me when he was about 15-20 minutes out from arrival, which he did, to replacing the part that was needed.
