Great experience and immediate professional help for our water heater.
We recently had a new air conditioner and furnace system installed on July 11th. We are very pleased with the great customer service we have received. The promptness of Loren and Dave on the day of install was greatly appreciated. They answered all our questions and were very thorough in explaining what they were doing and why. Very flexible company! Had my A/C installed a week earlier then original schedule plan due to the nasty heat wave this coming weekend. Kim, Chad and Callie were great people to work with for scheduling, estimates and payment. Daryl and Corbain did an amazing job and very friendly people. I had a new furnace and A/C unit installed on June 22 after a lot of searching and estimates. Baumann and Degroot had the best price on great Amana products. Chad was great when he gave me the free estimate and the guys that did the install(Mike abd Moose) were AWESOME!! They did a great job!! Our air conditioner went out on a super hot weekend in the summer. Baumann and DeGroot were able to come out quickly and give an estimate where other companies would not even take new customers. Their quote was a better price than even some guys that were going to do the job on the side. They offered many choices and were careful to explain them to us. They covered all the details with the rebates and inspections. They were easy to work with, communicated well and had the best price!
Thank you! Our AC unit had been damaged this winter due to ice, the repairman was very helpful and honest about the condition and suggested it would best to get a new one. Our salesmen came right out the next available time and worked with our insurance company also. I'm very pleased and highly recommend.
