Once I made my decision, they were able to schedule the installation very quickly, and the installers were incredibly professional. I absolutely recommend Baumann & DeGroot Healing & Cooling. We were having a complete renovation done our home that took a year. There was one snafu with the installation of the furnace and hook up of gas grill, but they corrected it the same day. We had several issues with our gas insert in the original fireplace. They came out FOUR times to make it right. They also gave us great tips on keeping our fireplace's pilot light from going out by completely taking out the logs, etc., adding more "fluff" and reminding us to run th... read more
Furnace we out. They came out ahead of schedule and fixed the problem in 10 minutes. Great response time and customer service. The kids will have a warm house to come to after school.
From beginning to end this experience was so positive. We lost heat in the middle of the night but by 7:00 am someone was calling and scheduling a technician. When the furnace could not be repaired (25 yrs. old) they walked along side me until the new one was in place and we were starting to get feeling back into our cold bodies 🤣. This is the company you want to call when you need heat (or air). Thank you !!
