First class service! I ripped my engagement ring which was my husband’s grandmothers that i inherited and even gem came out! They put it back together and brought it back to former glory! Delighted 😀

Took my wedding and engagement rings in last November to be increased in size. All done within a couple of weeks and the rings looked lovely, however within a month or so the area where they had been increased seemed to discolour. I didn't think much of it but it got worse and so at the end of Feb I took them back to ask if they could correct this. The owner is rude & needs to go on a customer service course. He walked of during the conversation we were having. Said parts were missing for the item we were getting tweaked but they were there in the bag & then said he put a stronger part in. All lies! The item was brand new. Be careful when agreeing a price to pay as he will change it! I would not recommend. There is another jewellery store in the town which is better.

Absolute joke of a business would NOT recommend at all,jewellery looks nice but turns your skin green, and not the cheap items either, took the jewellery back to get it sorted and had them laugh in my partners face,absolutely rude and no respect....first time purchasing from this shop so i can't say they are like it all the time but definitely first experience is definitely my last.

Me and my sister visited Battrum&Son in search of my Birthday gift ring with my month stone Emerald. One ring cought my eye at widow display at Battrym&Son and my sister decided to purchase it for me to be a present. The ring was not at my size so had to be resized, which was paid and left for resizing and was ready after a week.
