Had a fab cut yesterday, first time I've used Robert as my usual stylist is on maternity leave and sadly her replacement was very under par. I always look at reviews when trying somewhere new, and Robert didn't disappoint.Robert understood my request, I had a great experience, super cut, I won't be returning to my old stylist now I've found this Gem of a stylist, thankyou Robert😊

Very poor colouring service. I was left with bright orange roots and brown hair, which looked like a bad box dye to be perfectly honest. I know Stylist himself noticed how awful the colour was as he was very keen not to blow dry my hair properly and rushed me out of the salon, showing a lack of integrity on his part. I have had to deal with botched and patchy hair right before my birthday, and have had to go through an expensive and long colour correcting process to fix it and get the hair I originally wanted.
