The room was quiet, clean,tidy, and comfortable.But the outstanding aspects of our stay was the sheer quality of service led by Ben and Luciano backed up with other team members Cherise & Elaine whom I believe were a credit to their company, so well done
My son loves the canal boat rides here, and the team are really friendly. Well worth a visit (and the nearby Ricksmansworth Aquadrome and cafe there).
