Normally never have or had a bad experience with the surgery up till yesterday got called in went doc never seen before didn’t listion didn’t understand my illnesses and then accused me of drinking which I have never done and I have a eye condition and when I asked for some more proscribed eye drops by hospital normally and sould be on got told to get my eyes tested will be going to tribunal about this one totally discussed and it’s effecting my health so might have to seek some legal advice
Had a request from Addenbrookes hospital for blood tests went to the surgery and was told they no longer do these routinely. Live 12 miles from Addenbrookes and they had no suggestions as to where to get the tests done
Terrible surgery, impossible to get appointment or talk to anybody. New online form is a joke. Also funny how my reviews seem to be removed very quickly. Surgery states if you have a complaint please follow their process to file. I’ve done this several times and have never had a reply. Despite being diagnosed with a serious illness. Awful so called surgery.

Having moved to the area from a previously built up area, Bassingbourne/Ashwell Surgery is like a breath of fresh air. I know I'm going to be able to get through to the surgery via the telephone and am always offered some kind of help. The staff are very helpful. I understand it's difficult to get an appointment with an actual doctor but the triage system seems to work well. If my health requires a doctor, I am generally offered an appointment within the two weeks. Well done team, keep up the good work.
