Their "technician" came to my house, spent 3 minutes looking at my door/hardware and after attempting to "fix" it, proceeded to tell me it could not be fixed and i need a whole new door. Oh yea, they also charged me 75 bucks. I just spent 2 hours, and have it completely fixed. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have consistently used Bartlett Door for new garage door installation, parts, and service. As well as my parents for years. I always recommend them to my friends and coworkers. The owner has even stopped by my house to ensure we were happy with our purchase as my husband was the "installer". The knowledgeable information from the time you call the shop, to the delivery persons advise, to the follow-up after install is something that no longer happens! I would highly recommend them for any home or business needs.
They did a repair of a 12 foot overhead door. The two man crew they sent was courteous and friendly and worked efficiently. The charge for the repair was very reasonable. They were recommended by a friend and I would recommend them as well.
