Had a garage door installed a month ago. Very good, professional installation. Did have a minor issue. Called and within an hour two techs were at my house and solved the problem. Very courteous and helpful staff and service. I would highly recommend Bartlett for both price and customer service. Great job. Jmediak.
I highly recommend Bartlett door. great service - good price- very easy to deal with. the service tech Doug did an outstanding job installing my door. answered of my questions- very friendly and personable. I would definitely deal with them again.
Very disappointed. I had a new garage door opener installed on October 31 of this year and the past few weeks it won’t close then re-open. It will come down a bit but then go back up. I called to ask and they said it was the sensors and that I moved them. I have never made contact with them nor gone anywhere near them. It will be a $99 service call for something that is not even a year old. I am very disappointed in the service.
Fast, efficient and professional service, excellent installation and very courteous installer. Very satisfied with this company as always.
Installed unit June 25, 2018. Serviceman stayed in company truck while “new” installer installed overhead unit. Door needs adjusting as it opens every time I close it (travel down setting/limit switch). Called company/ serviceman told me I damaged sensors and if I didn’t to get a jackhammer and level my concrete. Were supposed to call me by 1200 aug 18 with an appt for Aug 20-did not call, no response to my repeated calls. Do not stand behind their product or service. He sure to read ALL reviews before using this company.
Excellent fast service with a smile by two personable, polite young men when car was trapped in garage. I would recommend service repair of garage doors by this company. 5 stars. *****
