The Service Techs are very friendly and knowledgeable. Lenny is very helpful and I really like working with Bartlett.
No warranty on parts. I had a new garage door and motor installed. Within a year I had to replace the sensors. They charged me $160 to come out and replace the sensors. I asked what if those new sensors malfunction next week, they replied, I would have to pay $160 again. Shop around, other local companies offer warranties

just had door installed today...lenny (owner) was so easy to work with...no pressure...he also helped with install...two other men helped,1 with reframing and the other with install...easy to have around...nice and neat and they all knew exactly what to do...a real pleasure!

First time in 10 years I had trouble with my garage door originally installed be Bartlett. Called them and came to the house the next morning. I wasn’t really sure they were working due to the current COVID-19 situation. The service person was very professional and courteous. Reasonable price for the work. This company is the best for service and price.
After 16 years our previous electric garage door had to be replaced and after approximately 5 hours an entirely new door and opener along with new tracks and sensors was installed. Service professional explained use of our remotes and keypad and all was good. Highly recommend Bartlett
