great drinks, great service – I used to agree with all those negative comments that have been posted, but the last few times I have been there were good experiences. Management finally hired a girl who is friendly, full of smiles, and prompt. It was really busy one night, but she still approached me with care. Best place to have great drinks and food with a great vibe – I have been to this place many times. All i can say is 5 stars. The drink list is huge and bartender is good at mixing drinks i myself am a Bartender. Food is cheap, filling, and classy . its worth trying for sure.
Slow service, mediocre drinks – I too, ignored the bad reviews here, but they seem right on. The service was slow and I don't think the waitress smiled once during our visit. Regarding the last few posts, if the wait staff and owners really monitor these and take them to heart, why haven't they improved their service standards?
Everybody / Every Place has a bad day – Folks- Have you ever worked in a restaurant? I have no connection to Bartini, but I am exhausted of cowardly people using reviews and the Internet to blast others. Have you thought about calling the manager or owner directly, and expressing your concerns? No, because you would rather hide behind the shield and be as negative as you could possibly be. Man and/or woman up and have a discussion with these folks face to face, or SHUT YOUR PIE HOLE!
Cheap and good drinks, A few great dishes, mostly mediocre food – My boyfriend and I went here on a Friday night for their happy hour menu. A huge plus is that happy hour is 7 days a week. The drinks were cheap and very tasty -- most martinis are between 3 and 4 dollars during the happy hour. The cheddar fondue was delicious. However, the good food ended there. It's not Bogus – In regards to the last review. I was one of the 3 people that this person came to meet and there was a waitress working that night. The service was very slow and the drinks not that good. I had 2 drinks and the 2nd one tasted like it was juice only and no alcohol compared to my first drink. City Search Abuse – The latest 2 negative reviews ARE BOGUS! I am a server at Bartini and was one of the servers last First Thursday. I am male and so was our entire staff that evening. Rude servers and bartender – I went for the first time last night with some friends. We ignored the bad reviews on here and tried it anyway. I was so unhappy with it, I had to come back and write a review. I have never been treated so rudely and been ignored by any servers like that, before. GREAT martinis! – I love this bar! Yes, it is small and often a bit too crowded, but if you're looking for great martinis in combinations and flavors that you don't get at just any old bar, then this is your place! I love to go and just try a few new martinis every time. My favorites are the lemon basil and the rose martini. Go on a weekday or earlier in the evening if crowds and a wait bother you - it's worth finding the time!
