Terrible!! Went for dry cut, 1st time ere and last! Barrie himself did cut lol! I spoke out few times how it wasnt even, he hadnt sectioned it he just picked up clumps and chopped away! I askd during cut how much a colour costs, he askd only other worker there and she refused point blank to touch my hair as was too damaged!!!! Id not had colour for 3 years, my hair was its natural shade and not at all damaged!! She made this conclusion without coming within 10 feet of me let alone touched my hair!
