These guys are wonderful - repaired a ring that had bent out of shape for me on the spot with a smile!
I phoned today to enquire about a couple of fairly minor repairs etc to jewellry as I have had a good experience in here before. I went in to buy diamond earrings several years ago and whilst there they repairs a bracelet for me free of charge. We live in Chelsea not Barnes but we’re going to travel there specially as had heard good things (and experienced them). However, unfortunately the man who I spoke to couldn’t get me off the phone fast enough which made me feel very undervalued and I’m now not sure whether to use them... read more
