Terrible service my partner took in a gold bracelet of mine for repair. Promised it in 10 days been over 21 days. Call the shop and leave messages and it will call you back as soon as possible. Been waiting a week with no call back. We need the bracelet back but still no return call. Disgusting please be aware they don't seem bothered supposed to open at 10am but usually she over the road chatting rather than open the shop even the postman has to wait for her to stop chatting
