Har handlet barnevogn fra Bugaboo hos Barnashus. Har opprettet en reklamasjon på vognen, men opplever å ikke bli trudd da Bugaboo etterspør film av problemet opp til flere ganger. Har alltid opplevd god service hos Barnashus, men er svært skuffet over hvordan Bugaboo håndterer reklamasjon. Har tatt unødig mye tid, da vi også må være to for å få filmet problemet.
