Very good staff ….my procedure gained my confidence back .Thank you soo much Dr J Kooner and nurse for your patience and care .
I have been with this practice since before COVID and it has gotten so much worse over the last few years. It is nearly impossible to reach them by phone. I have not seen one of their Gps for myself for years now. They used to show a little more care for my children and that is now gone. As they are not reachable by phone, I have started to do E consults for them and still they are not offering to see them in person..I just randomly receive antibiotics prescriptions, no diagnosis and no further advice or call. If I could put 0 stars I would. My mother has repeatedly asked for help but always gets turned away with excuses as to why they won’t help. If she could afford to go private she would but that’s how they’ve got you. Disgusting how they treat the disabled. This used to be a good practice when Dr Knight was there, but since he’s left no one cares. They only get in touch with you when they need to meet their targets.
