Lovely stay for my friends Hen do. We had access needs that we're catered for, lovely treats of fresh eggs, biscuits and fruit loaf. The hosts were near to hand for any enquiries and were super helpful. We really enjoyed visiting with the horses on site too!||Green fire exits lights in bedrooms were a bit bright so would suggest bringing an eye mask for sleeping if lights disturb you.

My wife and i have just returned from a 1 week break at Brook House Cottage. We found the cottage to be spacious, airy and very comfortable. There is everything there to meet all of your needs and it is situated in a peaceful, quiet location. Perfect for exploring the Lincolnshire Wolds. To Julie and Roger, who were friendly and very helpful, we would like to say thanks for a lovely break. Already booked for next March
A large group of us stayed in the barn during the week and it’s a delightful place to stay for a large number, totally flexible in the layout with large living room areas, kitchen and various bedroom sizes to fit any type of group requirements. We (a group of 12 adults and 10 children) hired out the barn and cottage to celebrate New Year 2020. We had a fantastic time and really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of space for all the kids to run around outside and let off some steam.
