I am so happy I found Sarah. The treatment she had provided me has helped my confidence so much. I have tried so many methods and was close to giving up on hope. Sarah was lovely and welcoming when I came for my first appointment. After a little chat I regretfully told her I was trans (she didn't know until that point), it's not something people can "tell" and the hair I was looking at getting removed was not for trans transition. She stood up and refused service. Explained her "Christan beliefs". I got some legal advice and was advised this is definitely a case for discrimination but I really don't want the hassle. I travel 30 mins each way just to come to this clinic and have been doing so well before Covid times. Sarah has always been respectful and accommodating. My treatment has been a success, so much so that I’ve asked her to move on to other ‘hairy’ areas. Highly recommend
