We were very happy with our experience at Bark Shop! Our American Eskimo, Denali, was greeted warmly and seems to have enjoyed her grooming. The staff was fantastic at making us feel at home and they allowed Denali to run around instead of being kenneled. I love that we can get a mini grooming instead of a full experience, because our breed's coat doesn't need a lot of trimming, and making appointments online is so convenient. We've already made plans to go back.
