Had Miles & co cater for our wedding through the food van. Easy communications, flexible and considerate for dietary requirements. Very cool humans too. The burgers went down a storm ‘best burger ever’ mentioned multiple times. We had some of the extra meat saved by the team for us to take home and the pulled pork was heavenly- a nice treat to savour the wedding day a couple of days later- BIG THANKS to the team for excellent service and I would highly recommend them, nothing to fault.
BEST BRISKET EVER !!! Miles and his team catered for our Wedding and they didn’t disappoint it was nothing short of phenomenal. One of the biggest regrets from our big day is we didn’t eat more!!!! We wanted a BBQ and relaxed feel to our menu so opted for the BBQ sharing platers. For starter we had charcuterie boards, for main we had sharing platers which included Beef Brisket, Pulled Pork and Hot link sausages with bone marrow mash, Mac n cheese and coleslaw on the side. Bark 'n' Render catered for my wedding recently at Bury Court Barn and I couldn't have asked for better caterers. Their communication was superb from the start of process right through to our wedding day. There was nothing that was too much trouble and Miles managed to accommodate all our allergies and even picky eaters.
