Ignore Disgruntled Employee Reviews You can tell the actual customers vs. the disgruntled employees. I have taken my 2 dogs here for years and stumbled upon these reviews and I am disgusted that these employees try to give this place a bad name. I find Bark and Purr to be extremely helpful and kind to my dogs and trust them every time I go out of town.

HORRIBLE!!!!! NEVER BOARD YOUR ANIMALS HERE!! I brought my dog here and the first time I brought him it was ok, and I didnât have any problems. The next time I brought him I wasnât able to drop him off until after I got home from work which was about 4. I brought him in with his food, so the could feed him, the person on the phone failed to mention that the do their âeveningâ feedings at 3. So my dog wasnât ever feed!! ex employee I worked for tim and sharron for about a yr i guess this is not a bad place to work or board your animals. They take great pride in every dog and cat brought into that. I think the ppl whom are complaining may have had there own issues prior to coming there for nothing will be good enough. And as far as the staff goes you have to love those animals to work there and if you dont you dont need to be there. Had i not had personal issues to tend with i would still be there now. Maryann
This place is Brilliant This place is Brilliant-the staff and management are incredibly friendly and always aware of each dog's individual needs.The facility is always kept clean and orderly by staff . Dogs play in a safe environment .I highly recommend Southlake's Bark & Purr. SBP is a great place to bring your pooch.
Super Awesome! The staff here is super awesome. Every time I come back to pick up my dog from here, it seems like my dog is sad to be leaving, so I know they have treated her very well, and for that I am thankful.
