great experience with this day care We had a great experience with this day care. I had a last minute emergency and sent my Bulldog over for the day. Sam, my dog, was relaxed when I picked him up and I would definitely use them again. Good pricing too!!!

Jennifer W. Great kennel and great prices. Always happy doggies (Duke, Hannah and Fritz) when I pick them up. I've had my dogs at other kennels and by far this is the best....they care for the animals and you can tell! I read a few of the reviews and I am confused.... They have been nothing but LOVING with our dogs and our dogs have always come home healthy and happy!
Great People My dog doesn't get along with most people, but for some reason she loves everyone here at Southlake's Bark and Purr, which makes me happy.
Low Rent Rude and unprofessional. If you need low rent this is your kennel. If you love your dog do not use this place.
Also Also, this business has been here for a long time but, the problems look like they started with the new owner Whelan, Timothy G that purchased Bark and Purr in March of 2003. The owners before that did a great job and were wonderful people. I'm sure that the prior owner Peggy Giles would not have run her business this way.

Lisa L. I recently started working at the bark and purr pet retreat. This is the perfect job for me because I have three "babies" of my own. We take excellent care of all the pets that come through our door. I look at each and every one of them like they were my own. If they were my pet how would i want them to be treated and that's how I treat them. This is the kind of employees that the owners want and keep.
