First class service from the moment we walked in to the shop. Myself and my fiancée went in to the shop to look at engagement rings. Ailsa who helped us was very knowledgeable and patient as we tried lots of different styles on. When the rings we chose were not in stock in the sizes we needed at the Livingston store she went above and beyond with the assistance of Rebecca to organise us picking them up from their sister store in Glasgow. I don't understand what those two weirdos sitting there founded so funny that they were laughing and the staff was so nice enough to join them like honestly that's so pathetic and shameful disgusting attitude.

I can honestly say the ladies in this shop are amazing and so helpful. I got a beautiful unusual diamond ring fitted and made for me and it all went smoothly and the ladies kept me updated of the progress. They even gave me a bottle of bubbly for my birthday. 100% recommend
