Terrible Customer Service and Dishonest Practices I had an awful experience with Barclays Diamonds and would never recommend them to anyone. In 2020, I purchased a chain that was sold to me as 18-carat white gold. However, I recently discovered—after the chain broke—that it was actually 9-carat white gold!
