Warm welcome, care and attention from husband and wife team running the Inn, with chef/s also adding to the level of service producing good home-cooked food. The Inn is traditional with a range of accommodation and communal rooms (i.e. bar, restaurant, lounge area) and has been well-maintained and equipped. It is a good location for visits to Sedbergh and the Lakes.
Terrible. Windows not cleaned. Cobwebs. Generally grubby
It's quite tired, but with attentive staff. It's also comfortable and in a great location. We've stayed twice, so it clearly hasnt bothered us! Walkers will love the plentiful public footpaths. Photos are from nearby Kirkby Lonsdale.
