I've been coming to this barbershop for over two years, and they do a really good job, but I'm afraid today will be the last time. Someone was very rude! He cut my hair today, and the way he treats people is disgraceful. Every time I go to this place, I wish this guy wouldn't serve me. If he continues like this, I'm afraid they'll continue to lose customers. Customer service is just as important as knowing how to cut hair!"
