Best customer service ever, my Tblade clippers wouldn't charge (probably my fault for charging wrong) emailed them Sunday to ask for advice on how to fix them, replied Monday asking for more details so I explained what had happened, absolutely no quibbling or nonsense from them, dispatched a new set on the Tuesday with tracking number. Polite and courteous at all times, whoever was dealing with the issues is a credit to them. Can't praise them enough. Absolutely faultless customer service.
