Well equipped facility, with plenty of kit for everyone. Gym is divided between a ground floor and basement floor, with majority of the free weights on the basement level. Lots of calibrated comp spec kit if that's your thing. The ground floor is machines and changing rooms. Staff are friendly and welcoming and the lounge area in the lobby is a nice touch. The location on the high street is decent although there is no parking on site. Parking is situated a few minutes walk away at the Sainsbury's supermarket. Other than that... read more
