I took my necklace into Banwells for help as the chain had got caught inside the pendant. The team were so lovely and kind and were able to fix my special piece in no time! So grateful to them and their exceptional service!

I just bought a pamp pendant off them. I got it as an amazing price. Spoke to them on the phone and was treated well. I paid that day and got it delivered/arrived at my house before 1pm the next day. Would definitely use them again and recommend to a friend (saved around £150 using them too)
