Everyone was super nice, from check in to check out. Every nurse, doctor and other care staff were outstanding, kind and so compassionate. The reason I could not give this a 5 star was the one nurse who was rude, power happy, unsympathetic and downright ugly to us. Too bad that this one person can overshadow all of the other outstanding care services. I would still recommend this care facility and perhaps cranky will be off that day.
I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who prepared me and completed my surgery. Thanks for taking the time to explain everything and put my mind at ease.
One of the worse emergency rooms ive ever been too. There were flies and mosquitos floating around. The nurses watched me limp all the way up to their desk, only the security guard offered me a wheel chair. Was there a total of 4 1/2 hours for a sprained ankle. And there was absolutely nobody there except 3 other people, one of which left to go to another hospital for treatment rather than wait.
Very informative. Felt like they really cared. Sister recovering.
I actually was there to donate blood. The staff in that part of the facility were welcoming and efficient.
