Quit being insensitive and charging so much. Billing is rude, you want to save your business here in Northern Colorado. customer reviews mean everything. And sending bills to collections so QuicK .... I mean 60 days after charging over 330 dollars to see a Primary Doctor for refills.... Money hungry CEO. Tired of being taken advantage of
RecommendedI had amazing experiences in the birthing center with friendly, caring and detail-oriented staff members. And with my experience in the surgery department, everyone was fantastic and professional. Dr. Molly Decker is compassionate, a good listener and very skilled surgeon.
Banner used to be awesome. Now, just nope. You couldn’t convince me to go here for any reason. They are slow and don’t care. I think it all comes down to being so short handed, but whatever. UC Health gets my labs right and I’m in and out in 5 minutes. Banner takes over and hour and then I get a call a day or two later to let me know they messed something up and could I come back. No thanks. I’ll go elsewhere.
bad experience especially in emergency room, the people who work there are not friendly ,bad experience 😔
They care more about financials then their patients. They would much rather send people home with fake answers than help them.
RecommendedI just spent the weekend at NCMC for an appendectomy. I just wanted to say thanks to the Doctors RNs and CNAs who took care of me. I received great care everyone did a great job taking care of me. Thanks for taking care of me.
My daughter...my health insurance...went to the Urgent Care by the hospital in Greeley. They checked her in, then there was a gas leak. Per THEIR protocol, the building and patients were evacuated to the ER next door. She was assured that while she was in the ER she would be billed at Urgent Care rates. No. Definitely ER rates, and NO ONE will even try to help. And we wonder what's wrong with the health care system...dishonesty.
