From my experience with my grandmother over the past week, the nurses were rude and didn’t have any bedside manner, the doctors were alright. But I’d prefer McKee over this hospital though.
They are a joke when it comes to bedside manner and patient care. Absolutely rudest staff in the entire state!
Ok I looked at all of these great reviews and I'm sorry I just can't agree with all of you. I have been very disappointed in the billing department! I don't like being basically told I don't know what I was told, I didn't hear what I thought I did! I asked for a manager and was told maybe they would call me back IF they had anything they felt they could help me that the billing didn't tell me, if not they wouldn't call... all I want is a billing manager to call me so I can talk to them, is that so bad?? I want to tell the staff and doctors that they are the best. Everyone was positive, upbeat, compassionate and personable. I had the best surgical experience I have ever experienced. You blessed me with the expert care I was given. I wish I could name everybody specifically.
