Update: No one can do my haicut better than Joel, I'm so greatful I found this salon! I tried one the best salons in different countries with no luck. I'm the permanent client now. First time visitor review: It was my first experience in this salon. I booked the free consultation which gave me the confidence to go ahead with the haircut. I'm so happy I gave it a try, couldn't be happier with the outcome!

Shocking customer service. Several times I phoned and asked for an eyebrow treatment along with my hair appt, was always told they will check if they have availability and get back to me, nobody ever did. To then find the eyebrow lady sitting there chatting for the duration of my hair appt with no clients. Can't book online without paying a 50% deposit, when you phone you are told you don't need to pay a deposit until 48 hours before, you are then chased with text messages until you pay.
