I miss you guys so much. Why did my branch have to get bought out by that other bank?
I've had my accounts here for 10+ years and just moved my business account here too. They've always been more than helpful. I had one issue once, the branch president called me himself to make sure there were no issues and apologized that their employee wasn't quite up to par. Every location that I've ever been to had been more than accomodating.
Bank Midwest is awesome. I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE THEY DID HELP ME RESOLVE IN A QUICK AND FRIENDLY WAY!!! Best bank ever. I will never switch. Rachael M. is an awesome bank manager!
I came in a Lil late on a Saturday to the 6430 N Cosby Ave, Kansas City, MO branch and all of the employees were hopping around. The lady that helped me la Tonya went above and beyond to help me with my banking needs thank all of ladies for your help and hard work.
