I have banked at the Olathe branch since I was 16. I'm 42 now. Only left once when I moved away for a year. I didn't even switch banks when the branch right next door to my house closed YEARS ago. Well, today I received the thanks I get for being a loyal customer for 26 years . . . by being treated like a piece of crap in the drive-thru by an ignorant employee who was unwilling to do his job, had no problem solving skills, no options for resolving an issue he created, and absolutely no people or customer service skills.
