Jason M. at the Chillicothe branch did a wonderful job today! He helped me find bank statements and check photos I needed from last year. I have been a customer with this bank since I turned 16 and opened my very first checking account. They have always treated me wonderfully and taken care of anything I needed quickly and happily. I have been banking here for 10+ years at 87th street Lenexa branch. Christa R (Banking Center Manager) has always been so great to work with. Just recently, I had my banking info for personal and business stolen. She did an amazing job taking care of this issue. I can't even describe how much of a wonderful job she did getting me through the process. I felt like I have a great friend by my side doing everything possible to keep my finances protected.
