Leslie Drake has been so extremely helpful and accommodating throughout my whole experience at Bank Midwest. She has gone above and beyond to make my experience wonderful! The whole Raymore branch is always so friendly and helpful. Paloma specifically generally helps me, and she is always so nice and helpful. Corey is awesome also; he has gone above and beyond as well. Everyone is great! I would definitely recommend banking at Bank Midwest. I feel very welcomed and taken care of.

i had a my visa debit card # stolen and used without authorization. i filed a dispute and was promised a credit in my account within 5 days and it has been 6 business days and still no credit. Is that how they treat their customers??? Someone can commit steal your card # and they do not help the customer!!

Had an issue with an automatic withdrawal Bank Midwest MAILED me a notice 27 days later ($5 per day + fees) to an old address. USAA texts and emails me whenever some one uses the wrong password. Get out of banking, your customers deserve better. I will never endorse your company. UPDATE: The situation is still not resolved. Today I was EMAILED a threat that if I didn't pay an additional $15 you'd send me to a collection agency. This has got to be the WORST bank I've dealt with. I'm a server who gets out late and I like to deposit my money nightly so it doesn't burn a hole in my pocket. Now TWICE the ATM has taken my money and I've had to wait a week to get it back when it only takes 2 seconds to take my money. I was suppose to receive my money today and of course it isn't in my account. Now I have to take more time out of my day to go up to the bank and continue to receive poor customer service. I've been banking with bank midwest for quite sometime and have been pleased. A couple of incidents but was rectified quickly. Would like debit cards/technology to be updated to work with the chip and samsung pay app in the near future.

I have banked with you guys for 18 years. Today was the second time I've had to drive 20 minutes out of my way, 40 minutes all together after being turned away because the change machine was broken. I cash in change once every 4 months maybe. If the location on Rainbow can't keep a change machine working, they shouldn't have one. Time is money. And so is gas. And if you guys can't respect my time and handle my money, I will take my business somewhere else. I've sat in your drive thru more times than I can count waiting 15-20... read more
