I have banked with you guys for 18 years. Today was the second time I've had to drive 20 minutes out of my way, 40 minutes all together after being turned away because the change machine was broken. I cash in change once every 4 months maybe. If the location on Rainbow can't keep a change machine working, they shouldn't have one. Time is money. And so is gas. The WORST experience Ive had EVER from my bank of 7 years, we sat IN FRONT of the teller for at 5min on 40hwy. She didnt ask to hold on or even ACKNOWLEDGE we were sitting there. Then when we asked her whats the hold up she interuptted us to tell us " she typing"! Then proceeds to argue with me like i was at fault for pushing the call button. 23rd location has always been our main bank. Worst bank in the Midwest. Once they re-access my account I'll be closing it. However, given their stellar services I"m locked out currently and it is taking hours (literally) to even get ahold of anyone.

My debit card was compromised recently and my account was virtually wiped out. The card fraud center cancelled my card and the bank replaced my stolen funds within a week. I'm still waiting for a new card and have to go to the bank and write checks for cash. I'm glad it happened before the new online system because now it doesn't show any account history. Did a shotty upgrade to the online system during a holiday weekend. Locked out of my account and cant get anyone on the phone to fix it. They failed to transfer funds during this and my car payment was returnwd and an NSF fee was charged to me. Switching banks tomorrow
