Lynda Blew is one of the best people I know. I have banked at Bank Midwest for a number of years. She knows me by name if I call and by site if I come in. She always gives me 110%. Love you Lynda! :)
I had to go to four different banks and meet with 4 different managers to try and get my old card actually cancelled after fraudulent charges. A month later more charges on that " cancelled" card. Then I am a disabled vet and have switched my direct deposit with the information as soon as the government gives it to us we give it to you. Not the case. EVERY month bank Midwest has held my direct deposit for 2-4 days before making funds available. I have checked with other veterans & the VA to confirm when they funded the payme... read more
While requesting a rather unusual cash amount Cindy M, Teller, was wonderful help. She always is when I have the pleasure of her service.
A year ago I would have given this bank 5 stars. I have been banking with them for years and would have continued had they not changed the online banking. It will show you in your payments tab that a check has been processed but it won't come out of your account for days later. One time I waited two weeks. When I called to get information about the new system the girl gave me the number to the old online company. When I called her back to tell her she was so rude to me!
