It feels like a massive shame to rate this salon a 2/5, as the staff were super friendly and my LVL lashes were good. However, the HD brows treatment I got alongside this was massively disappointing and I left really upset with the results. I wasn’t asked how I wanted my brows styled, and consequently they ended up a lot thinner than I would have liked (particularly on the end of the brow). Been to Bank twice now, thrilled with the results. Mary Gaine did my BIAB nails the first time then Isobel Witty today, lovely nails both times. Would highly recommend Bank Beauty’s professionalism!

I had my nails done by Chloe a couple of days ago and they’re the best I’ve ever had. She’s so lovely. She took so much time to make sure they were just right. I’m very impressed and will be back again. Fab service! Thank you x

I was getting really fed up with having my nails done for the colour to chip or gel to come off completely within days. Mary G at Bank Beauty took time to work out why this was happening, experimenting with different bases and seeing me between appointments to sort out any issues. She got to the bottom of it and I can now feel confident about having my nails done with gels staying on as they should do. Thanks for your time and patience Mary!
