I live in a 2-1/2 year old Bancon home. There are still significant issues, the patio doors have never worked, the wooden facings peeled after one year and the repairs are starting to fail already just a year later. Then just after the warranty expired there has been a significant issue with the kitchen windows which had we not enlisted the help of friends would have left us living in a 2-1/2 year old house that wasn’t water tight.
